Located in Barcelona, our company was founded more than 50 years ago, as a service company specialised in the real state sector. Since 1996, the company was renamed as Building Urbana, a partnership owner of all its properties, which allows us to offer a direct and efficient contact with our clients, without agents.

BU covers all the maintenance of the building- with own maintenance professionals- in order to deliver our main priority: to transform our properties in a unique and comfortable space for our tenants.
